Tutorial by RoniElaine - Written on  August 4, 2009
Skill Level - Intermediate
This tutorial was written using PSP X but should work
in other versions with just a few adjustments.
It was written in "split screen" format so that
you can work on the tutorial with PSP open on one
side of your screen and the tutorial on the other side.
Supplies Needed
    Filters Needed:
Xero - Tekstya and Porcelain HERE
Simple - Top Left Mirror HERE
      Neu  9. Neuschnee  HERE
(You can download the complete Neu filter there.

All supplies needed will be provided for you.
I encourage you to use tubes and backgrounds of your choice
and make this your own "original" creation
     Erin ~ A Rose is a Rose ~ Manon
        Used according to TOU
     HD_Rose_CrownJewel.psp    and
         HD_Rose. psp
Thanks to Pat for letting me use her tubes!
wl_Flowercorner  - shared tube by White Lady
      Optional background images
I have included 2 background images you may want to use
if making this into a letter.  At your skill level you  know how
to use them, change them, etc. for making letter backgrounds.
