Tutorial was written using both PSP X and PSP13.
    Similar results can be obtained in other versions with just a few
    Although my tutorials are my own creations, they are almost always
    inspired by seeing so many beautiful creations in many groups.
    Any similarities are truly the effects of viewing, using and enjoying the
    tutorials written by many others.
    I encourage you to use other supplies and to experiment with
    different settings to create something of your own.
    Skill Level - Intermediate
    Filter Needed - Simple - Top Left Mirror  HERE

        lizztish_clouds1 - shared tube
        sharlimarMask108 - shared mask
        Cloud WorkArt_rec
    Preparation - Install filter if needed.
                             Put mask in your mask folder
                             Open and minimize a fancy font of your choice
                                  if not using the WordArt (optional)
  1.  File > Open  lizztish_clouds1 and
                              Betsie 568_06_12_2011  (or tube of your choice)
       Use Dropper Tool to choose two colors of your choice.
       I used #c6b7cc for foreground and #8d8092 for background
       Duplicate both tubes and close originals.   Minimize the copies.
  2.  File > New   Open new transparent image 600px width x 500px height.
       In Materials Palette set foreground to a gradient.
         Settings:  Style: Linear, Angle 45, Repeats 3, Invert checked
       Use Flood Fill Tool to left click and fill with gradient.
       Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur    Setting: 40
  3.  Layers > New Raster Layer
       Use Flood Fill Tool to right click and fill with background color.
       Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk
       Select sharlimarMask108
         Settings: Source luminance, Fit to canvas, Hide all mask
         Layers > Merge > Merge Group
         Layers > Duplicate
         Layers > Merge > Merge Down
         Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance More
   4.   Maximize the cloud tube and Edit > Copy the cloud layer.
           (Note: I always close the other layers)
         Minimize the tube.
         Edit > Paste As New Layer onto your working image.
         Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling
         Click on arrow    in Presets for default setting.
          In Layers Palette, change Blend Mode to Overlay (or your choice).
            Optional:  You may want to adjust the opacity a little.
         Edit > Paste as New Layer (cloud image is still in your memory)
         Image > Resize  
            Settings: 85%, Lock aspect ratio checked, Resize all layers unchecked
             Use your Move Tool to move the layer up just a little to the right.
   5.   Maximize your main tube -  Betsie 568_06_12_2011 or your choice
         Edit > Copy the tube layer.  You may close this tube now.
         Edit > Paste As New Layer
           Resize your tube to fit as shown in examples.
           For the provided tube:
         Image > Resize  Same setting of 85%
         Edit > Repeat Resize
         Image > Resize  Change setting to 90%
         Use your Move Tool to move her inside of the bottom part of the frame
            (see example).
         Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
          Settings: (minus) -15, (minus) -24, 40, 30, black
                            (or a shadow of your choice)
   6.  Optional Step
         If using the WordArt provided:
         File > Open  Cloud WordArt_rec
         Window > Duplicate  and close original
         If using different colors, colorize the WordArt by your usual method.
         Edit > Copy
         Edit > Paste As New Layer onto your image and place to your liking.
        Layers > Merge > Merge Visible when you are satisfied with your image.
  7.   Image > Add Borders   Settings: 1 pixel of black, symmetric
        Selections > Select All
        Selections > Modify > Contract  Setting: 1
        Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout
           Settings: 0, 0, 100, 20, black
        Selections > Select None
   8.  Maximize the cloud tube.
        Image > Resize
          Settings: Width and Height:  400 pxs
                             Lock aspect ratio not checked; resize all layers checked.
        Layers > New Raster Layer
        Use Flood Fill tool to left click and fill with gradient.
        Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom
        Select the Cloud Layer
        Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling  (same settings)
        Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance More
        Layers > Merge All and minimize
        In Materials Palette, set background to this pattern.
            Settings:  Angle 45, Scale 100
            and go back to main image
  9.   Image > Add Borders   Settings: 35 pxs of white, symmetric
        Select the border with Magic Wand
        Use Flood Fill Tool to right click and fill with the pattern.
        Effects > Plugins > Simple > Top Left Mirror
        Layers > New Raster Layer
        Use Flood Fill Tool to fill with your choice of either of your colors.
          Note: You will need to change to the solid color in Materials Palette.
        In Layers Palette, adjust opacity to your liking to let pattern show through.
 10.  Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel
          Settings: Bevel #8, 20, 20, 70, 0, 20, 225, 40, 40
                             Right click in color box to change to dark color
                              (or use bevel of your choice)
         Selections > Select None
           Optional: You may want to add a 1 pixel border of black depending
                              on what type of background you want to use.
          Layers > Merge All
          Image > Resize     Resize image to your preference
              and add your watermark in your usual way.
          File > Export > JPEG Optimizer  Suggested setting of 25.
 11.   For a BACKGROUND.
         Maximize the image you made for the frame at Step 8.
         Layers > New Raster Layer
         Use Flood Fill Tool to fill with either of your colors.
               I used the light color.
         Adjust opacity to your preference.   I used 76.
         File > Export > JPEG Optimizer.  Suggested setting of 25.
